The Oslo Pass is available for 24, 48 or 72 hours, each with rates for adults, children and seniors. The current price is shown in the booking widget. See the prices page for more details.

Are there rates for children and seniors?+

There is a reduced children's rate (approximately 6 to 17 years) and a senior rate (from 67 years). Children under 6 travel and visit most attractions free of charge. The exact age limits are shown during booking.

After purchase you immediately receive a code by email. You redeem it in the free Oslo Pass app under "Redeem pass". No plastic cards are sent - the pass is fully digital.

Validity & use

When is the Oslo Pass activated?+

The pass is only activated when you use it for the first time, not at the time of purchase. You activate it in the app when you are ready to start. From that moment the chosen duration of 24, 48 or 72 hours runs continuously.

How long is the Oslo Pass valid?+

The Oslo Pass is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours. The hours run continuously from the moment of activation, not from the time of purchase. You can therefore start the pass on the day of your visit.

Do I need an app?+

Yes. The Oslo Pass runs in the free Oslo Pass app. After purchase you receive a code that you enter under "Redeem pass". The pass is linked to the device, so do not redeem it on a phone you will not carry.

At museums and on public transport you show the active pass in the Oslo Pass app. Entry, opening and reservation rules can change by attraction, so check the official list and the attraction operator before visiting.
